I've been working in international business since 1995, bringing a truly global perspective to everything I do. Since 2009, I've run my own management advisory firm, supporting clients across borders with strategic insight and practical experience.
With dual Finnish and UK nationality and a career that has taken me across Finland, China, Germany, and now Switzerland, I combine deep cultural awareness with global vision.
That said, in a world undergoing profound transformation, I believe it matters more who I am today than what I have done in the past.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and playing golf. My deepest passion lies in leadership development and personal growth.
I'm especially inspired by the idea of "The Inner Power of Me" in leadership—the knowing that true strength begins with self-awareness and inner clarity.
I meditate daily and use breathwork and different ancient methods to explore the deeper layers of the human mind.
These personal disciplines are becoming increasingly important in a world that is changing rapidly and can at times feel chaotic and make little sense.
I have a strong interest in AI and in how it can genuinely support business growth beyond experimentation or hype. My focus is on applying AI where it creates real operational, strategic, and organizational value, and where it can be taken into use gradually within existing business structures.
To deepen this understanding, I have personally developed a highly sophisticated, private, standalone AI "company brain" platform. The system is based on a fully modular architecture and leverages enterprise-grade open-source components, enabling secure deployment in private corporate environments without exposure to the external world, while supporting decision-making, knowledge retention, and scalable growth over time.
